Deadline Pays Brooklyn Projects A Visit

Today I went over to my good old friend Dom’s (@BrooklynDom) store over at 7427 Melrose Ave ya’ll may know or heaard of the shop it goes by the name of “Brooklyn Projects” me and Dom have a very long history I used to go to his original skate shop in Brooklyn New York called “Brooklyn House” you can see the image of the front of the shop in this post. I used to go there as a kid when I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember my first time in LA I see this store called Brooklyn Projects and i’m like who the hell is claiming Brooklyn out here like this,  Then I hear someone yell – Hey you lil Puerto Rican what are you doing out here in LA? I turn around and it’s the big homie Dom ever since then we have kept in contact, He has come a long way and his store is as fun to hang out as it used to be back in the early 90′s in Brooklyn, He has always been a real dude a great friend and an even better mentor, He is actually the only person who can call me a Spik and i’m pretty sure i’m the only person that can call him a white piece of trailer park trash. Dom we salute you and wish you nothing but the best as always BROOKLYN STYLE.
